2. Acceptable Use
Our numbers are intended for personal, legitimate use only. You agree not to use our service for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating this policy, without refund.
3. No Guarantee of Delivery
While we strive for reliable service, SMS delivery depends on third-party network operators outside our control. We do not guarantee that every number will successfully receive a code within the allotted time.
4. Number Validity & Expiration
Each purchased number is valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes) from the time of purchase. If no SMS is received within this window, the order will expire automatically.
5. Refund Policy
If a number fails to receive an SMS code within the allotted time, you may cancel the order for a refund to your wallet balance. Once an SMS code has been successfully delivered, the purchase is considered complete and is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or issues arising from the platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) you use the number with.
6. Wallet & Payments
Funds added to your wallet are used solely for purchasing numbers on this platform. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable as cash.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
